My favourite natural Protein Energy Balls!
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup small dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
Directions
Stir oats, chocolate chips, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut, and protein powder together in a bowl until evenly mixed.
Then, after melting peanut butter and honey together, pour over the dry mixture.
You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter if you wish.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop chilled mixture into balls. Keep cold until serving.
