My favourite natural Protein Energy Balls!     

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • ¼ cup small dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut

  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder

Directions

  • Stir oats, chocolate chips, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut, and protein powder together in a bowl until evenly mixed. 

  • Then, after melting peanut butter and honey together, pour over the dry mixture.

  • You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter if you wish.  

  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Scoop chilled mixture into balls. Keep cold until serving.
